First lesson not right? Full refund

If your first lesson with a tutor was not what you expected, tell us within 48 hours and we refund it in full. No argument, no form to fill in. You can then try a different tutor.

Cancelling a lesson

Cancel with at least the notice shown at booking and you are refunded in full, automatically.

Cancel later than that and the lesson may be charged, because the tutor has kept that time free.

If the tutor does not turn up

You get credit for the full lesson and the tutor is penalised. Tell us through the lesson page.

Packages

Package lessons never expire, but they are not refundable. If you are unsure about a tutor, book a single lesson first - or the half-price trial.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days. Credit from a tutor no-show sits in your account and is used automatically on your next booking.
